Hand Coiled and Shaped Zuni Owl

An owl effigy pot, by a master of traditional pottery. Carlos hand-gathers, mixes, coils and forms his creations. His artistic designs reflect his  traditional commitment to understanding and sharing the meaning behind imagery on ancient pottery within his contemporary Zuni world.
