Map Origin: Credited: SDUK (Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge)

Originally drawn in 1833, this map was reprinted in 1844 and includes all of Michigan Territory along with Lake Huron of the Northwest Territory. The early Indian Boundary is shown, as are lands of the Ottowas and Miamis. In the Northwest Territory, the map runs to the Mississippi River and the Rufus of Chipeways River, showing massive areas for the Michilimackinac, Menomonies, and Winnebagos.

Map is placed in archival quality black mat.
